Personal Information Collection Statement

The personal data collected in your email enquiry or feedback will be used by Airport Authority Hong Kong for analysis of, handling and replying to your enquiry or feedback. For any personal data contained in your email submission of your organisation’s application to the Civil Aviation Department of HKSAR (“CAD”) for its use of HKIA Dongguan Logistics Park (“Application”), Airport Authority Hong Kong will use the contact information provided for conducting any necessary follow-up actions to help your organisation complete its Application and assisting your organisation in submitting a completed Application to the CAD for assessment. If the CAD approves the Application, we will use your company name, regulated agent code, and your contact information for registering your organisation on the list of regulated HKIALP agents and liaising with you in this regard.

The supply of personal data in your email enquiry or feedback or in the Application is voluntary. If you do not provide the required personal data or the data provided is insufficient, we will not be able to (as applicable) analyse, handle and reply to your email enquiry or feedback, or provide support in submitting a completed application form to the CAD.

The personal data collected may be provided to such persons within Airport Authority Hong Kong whose proper business is to have access to the data and/or assist in analysing, handling and replying to your email enquiry or feedback and related matters and may also be transferred to our subsidiary(s) operating HKIA Dongguan Logistics Park in Mainland China for the aforesaid purposes. The information collected in the Application form and any supporting documents including any personal data contained therein will be transferred to the CAD for assessing the Application. Please refer to the CAD’s website (www.cad.gov.hk) for further details in relation to your Application, including the processing of information and personal data contained in your Application form.

You can request access to and correction of the personal data provided by you to Airport Authority Hong Kong. Any such request shall be made in writing to our General Personal Data Officer at: HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau Island, Hong Kong. Where the terms of this Personal Information Collection Statement are available in other languages, the English version shall be the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy amongst versions.
